This holiday has a very different vibe from all the Blog years gone by. It is one of stress rather than joy. I imagine this is a global issue as trade is affected and some deaths are happening in places I fear to mention.
My dear friends of those whose who still follow let us hpe we will get through the current unrest soon.We three continue in our elderly ways with affection from family and friends and we hope the same for you.

I looked it up, and found that it's Husband Appreciation Day, Bicycle Day, National Garlic Day, Black Saturday, National Cat Lady Day, etc., but I suppose that you had something else in mind. I am happy to have you in my life, and I share DJan's sentiment of being "one of your faithful admirers." I hope that we can stay in touch even if your eyes get too bad to continue blogging. I'll enclose my contact information in another comment box and ask that you delete it after you write it down.
